Fair questions
What does “lifetime” actually mean?
Your rank is attached to your account for the lifetime of the product – every feature the rank includes now or later, no renewals, no subscription.
What happens after the campaign?
Journeyman and Master open as monthly/yearly subscriptions. Lifetime ranks are campaign-exclusive and will never be sold again – backers keep everything.
What does the commercial license cover?
Master lets you sell physical prints of what you export – on Etsy, at markets, wherever. It does not allow reselling the digital files themselves.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes – one click in the billing portal. Your rank stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do I get a proper invoice?
Yes. Checkout and invoices are handled by Stripe, including VAT where it applies – every invoice is in the billing portal.
What happens to my designs if my rank ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your saved designs stay on your account – above the Free cap you just can't add new ones until you're back under it (or ranked again).
